What is art therapy?
The art therapy process is about expressing emotions, concerns, stress, anxiety, or personal awareness, growth and development, using the mediums of creative arts (and you don’t need to be good at art to successfully experience this!)
It is a gentle process of unfolding, where you slowly begin to understand patterns of thoughts, emotions, energy and reactions that continue to occur or impact your life. Then through the art therapy processes you become aware of ways to resolving, managing, taking control or understanding the challenging time or simply for self-development.
The process of healing through art therapy, enables you to become more empowered with greater clarity…doing it in your own way and in your own time.

Each week will explore a different art medium and wellbeing topic where you can choose the day and concept that interests you.

What is Reiki?
